ASER is working to
promote peace and tolerance in the society, protect human rights and improve the living standards of disabled and other vulnerable
people of the society.
Person with Disabilities (PWDs) in
Pakistan are facing barriers and discrimination in all aspects of their lives,
because of the conservative society, high illiteracy rate in the population,
non-availability of laws for PWDs and especially being a developing country.
The options are restricted on 2% quota in Government jobs or pushed toward
indecent jobs and receiving special education
ASER was formed in 2008. The
primary focus of the Association is rehabilitate and secure the talent of society. More focusing
on female empowerment, development and betterment. Girls’ Education is critical
for progress. We are wasting our talent mostly after marriage and during study
period, mostly girls do not play active role in the society. Due to so many reasons.
Even society does not realize that what is happening. It should be realized
that education is fundamental right, popular demand for social and economical
progress, social justice and inter-generation benefits.
